Civil Earthwork & Precision Grading
Dual-slope, laser-capable equipment enables us to make the grade on pads, lots, and drainages. We can scale up to 3D GPS when the project has more complex elevations and the specs require it.
Precision is the whole point
Building pads, parking areas, drainage swales, and finish grades all live and die by tolerance. A grade that's off by a few inches can mean standing water against a foundation, a pad that fails inspection, or a drainage plan that doesn't work. MBARK runs 2D laser grade control in-house on our grading equipment for day-to-day precision work, and scales up to 3D GPS grade control for projects that call for a digital design model, complex surfaces, or engineered tolerances — so you get the right level of precision for the job, not a one-size-fits-all price tag.
That scalability is deliberate.

From survey stake to final grade
Site Assessment & Survey
We walk the site, review plans or survey data, and establish the grade model or benchmark elevations.
Rough Grading
Bulk cut and fill to bring the site to approximate finish elevations, moving material efficiently.
Precision Finish Grading
Laser-guided equipment — or 3D GPS grade control when the project calls for it — brings the site to exact spec: pad elevations, slopes, and drainage grades.
Compaction & Walkthrough
Final compaction pass and an on-site walkthrough so you know exactly what you're getting before we leave.

Have plans that need an earthwork contractor who values communication as much as finish elevation?
Send us your site plan or grading plan and we'll put together a scope and quote.
